Gets "Disconected from server" when i load a char

I have the same problem as many others have had. I've waited to created this thread for the sole reason of searching other threads with answers. I've done everything recomended in theese threads, but without any luck whatsoever i'm afraid.

 

The game is extracted and everything is in order, the set realmlist is correct, my password and username is ofcourse correct. I've deleted the config file numerous times in the wtf file, Ive wen't into the config and removed set realmname nostalrius etc. Nothing works. 

Now, what i do know is that the game is operational, i can start it, i can choose both nostalrius PvP and PvE. I can create characters on both servers and both factions. 
The problem lies when i am about to log in, i get the loading screen, it loads to 100% and then i see a glimpse of the game, it's like i actually am online for like 1-2 seconds. And then i am just booted out and it says "Disconected from the server" 
When theese things happens, i have made sure that the servers are fully operational. So i'm beginning to think that it is not i who have made any mistakes. 

Everything SHOULD work, but it simply doesen't. 

I read in a thread about ppl having the same problem discussing wether or not they're accounts are banned, even if they never even played yet. That this ward system simply made a mistake. That is the best explanation i can come up with right now Tbh.. The game works, all the files are correct, it is the game that kicks my account out. 

So if an admid or Gm or whatever could just please look into this problem, i would apreciate it a ton! I play normal wow on a daily basis, but i would love to just get myself some nostalgic trips from time to time in theese wonderfull vanilla servers. So please help me with this anyone who knows better than me!

I am wondering if the server Log-in Queue is experiencing an issue.     Realm Status says 10.,145 people online, and it kicks me to disconnect after logging in, instead of putting me into an expected queue with the population as high as it is.

Yeah something like that is likely to be happening. I guess patience is the best thing to do right now...

I just tried again, on the pvp server i get dc as soon as i see a glimpse of the game. On the pve server i actually see my char, and some Gm message "plings" 
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaan Dc. So i guess the pve server isn't as populated?^^

Thought something was wrong with my acc or got hacked...

I can log in to my account and klick to go into the world with my char, i can even take a step or two with my char before i get dc..=/

When I try to login I also get Disconnected sign immediately.

Just managed to fix it.

In your WTF/config file There shall exist following strings.
"SET realmList "logon.elysium-project.org"

and

"SET realmName "Nostalrius PvP"

For me Nostalrius had Elysium in its string instead and made me to dissconnect.

Glad the problem was fixed for you.

Unfortunately for me, as i mentioned, everything in the config file is in order, and i even manage to log in and take a few steps online before getting booted out. So the problem is yet to be solved for me..

Nope.. not for me.. Wow the problems just keeps piling up here i guess-.- i only have the "quote" option.
Whatever i can't log in anyways haha. It's getting frustrated how litterly everyone gets they're probs fixed while my фекал keeps dc'ing even tho i've done everything i can to make it work...

If you have the problem where your character joins the world, you can see the world for like 2 seconds, and then disconnect:

 

Set Realmlist as listed above.

Set your wow shortcut to run as administrator.

In compatibility mode, put it back to normal, not WinXP Service Pack 2.

For me Nostalrius had Elysium in its string instead and made me to dissconnect.

i changed my realm list and realm name but itdident do anything, should i just reinstall?
