Tseng 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2017 i just realised my main char Tauren Warrior 58 is deleted, i played with him 1h ago, i joined AV and got instant kicked out of it, 15min debuff so i switched my char, and now i see he doenst exist anymore?! pls help it happened while i was playing, what in buddhas name could make this happen? and just for the note, i changed my password last week ans i share my acc with NO ONE 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Tseng 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2017 tbh i was last week only on my 2nd acc and saw how someone logged into my 1st acc and i instantly reacted, i just lost a bit gold nothing else, this was last week, but today while playing with my acc losing my main char is pretty confusing. i will start tomorrow on fresh so i ll survive this, but when something like this happen again, im fcked :( 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Pouli 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2017 I got similar problem, yesterday I was unable to login because of ban and im banned again today.. unable to login. This exceeding user autorization problems as im system admin. 1. playing on linux with bunch of great features to protect my computer 2. using mail with different prefixes and filters to avoid spam from various websites 3. yesterday changed my PW to 11char pw with capitals and special characters 4. never played on elysium or nost with this account (fresh created account) and so there couldnt be any acc history If someone manage hack my account they have to found a blackhole in 13y old game or manage to get to this account from the server side.. but nobody there will tell you that server is being constantly hacked. With such a number of deleted, hacked accounts/characters (just counting public topics) this is just a matter of time ppl find out theres no point of lvling character to get hacked afterwards on lvl 60.. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

This is not about ban reason but about account security.. I dont care about this 1 character lvl 18, but ppl with higher levels do and they will sooner or later leave. If someone constantly hacking accounts it does not matter what pw i will use and believe me, i got stronger pw then most of players here. If you understood all of that then you missing the point - I cant protect myself more if someone is able to hack such a pw overnight. Tseng 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2017 im not a computer expert, but i can assure u, that this occasion is totally new to me, i just reformated my pc to make my start tomorrow perfect... but deleting my favo char while i had other like a 60 which i no longer play.... this scares me a bit and i want to repeat: this happened while i was playing today. for me its hard to believe/accept that this could be a hack... since this deleting rnd 1 char out of my list makes no sense to me, i have no fiends or something, and now my beloved one is gone 1 day before fresh start.... at least i now know that my char wont be recover... in the end maybe its even better, cuz this game takes alot of time and sometimes i spent to much time in it... sigh 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
