A big problem with the massive queues

Hello developers and thank you for all the work you've put in up until this point in time!

This is just a reflection I made this morning trying to log in, yesterday evening while playing there were

a massive 12k people online. This morning trying to log in there's just 7.5k online but still there's a 6k

queue. Does this mean that there's 4.5k people not logging off the server but instead sitting idle in

character select without getting disconnected holding the queue back? Or is it something I've missed?

So where is this a suggestion? Sure t here are several dickheads who use a keyboard bot in Charakter selection which avoid getting kicked.

What I would suggest: find a way to identify those "players" and ban them. Who's more than 2 hours in charakter selection surely is using a bot to avoid beeing kicked.

It's not a suggestion as I don't know the best tactic to avoid this problem, but I felt it was the most appropriate

forum to voice my concern. My suggestion would be IF this is the case, they should apply a solution to this

problem. To my knowledge and this is just second hand information, people will not get logged off character

select without doing nothing as in "My friend went to bed and when he woke up he was still in character selection".

What shouldn't be the case! This would definitly be a bug. Last time when I went afk I first got kicked on the charater selection and 20 minutes later I got kicked out of the server. So this must be a new issue.

Well today it's very horrible! The queue at 08:30 CET was 3k. Now it's 11:09 CET and still 1,3k to go. There's a big need of a strict kicking system for afk people. Decrease kick timers and find a way to kick abusers who use a bot to avoid beeing kicked for beeing afk.

I mean 3 hours for a 3k queue is almost as long as I waited yesterday for a 10k queue. So there must be more and more people who found away not beeing kicked for afk beeing. There are only 7k players online at the realm, 3k below the cap and still huge queue.
