I waited patiently for Blizzard though three expansions, to improve things and get back at least partially to the high fantasy RPG they once were, but seems that they insist to dumb down their once great game more and more, and attract toxic spoiled kids that whine for more lolz and more nerfs. my last "farewell" thread in the Blizzard RP forum, with the reasons i just couldn't take it anymore, is found here:https://eu.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/17614761640 So, though legacy servers were not my first choice, I'm thinking about giving it a decent try - PvE and RP. Question is - i still got some doubts about the safety of a private server, and the chance to get my comp infected by malware and worms. Will be happy to get some views and advice about the matter :-) Anyway, in first glance, the project looks really great - exactly the kind of devotion and love for the game that now-day Blizzard lost any spark of. Monikaite 0 Report post Posted January 9, 2017 Its is progressive, pvp server which opened 2 days ago. Queue problems are getting fixed as we are talking. I would recommend you starting your journey there. I am auction goblin myself ( well mostly), made 2 gold already by just buying things from people, selling ah, or vendoring things after crafting. Not just brainless private server haters Thanks :-) It was so painful for me to un-sub, and leave behind characters i play for years. I really wished for Blizzard to listen and bring back at least some of the challange/immersivness of Vanilla/TBC. But they just won't. They are flooded with whining spoiled kids that are sure that even the present day challange is too hard. Those entitled ones are usually also the most loud and violent haters/attackers of legacy servers. Their greatest fear is Blizzard opening legacy or even worse for them, bringing back challange and less 'super convinient' gameplay, which will not spoonfeed them anymore. And this was part of the reason I made my farewell thread not in the general forum that crawls with them, but in the RP forum, in which many of the writers know me and were more accepting. Anyways, Not going to let Blizzy get causy and fat from my hard earned money anymore, till they will start listening to players like me. Right now, I'm considering to join the PvE server and now considering what character to main, since my main in WoW was a "human disguised" blood elf renegade hunter. And Vanilla got no blood elves, and if I remember well, no human hunters as well.
