Lisana 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2017 Dear Support & Community, Since the recent Server shut down from today ( a few hours ago it started ) I have been told that my account has been closed / banned. This message appeared ever since I tried to relog during the last 2 hours, after the Server went down. I was able to loging and Play just as usual and I really did not break any rules. My girlfriend who Plays always with me and next to me on her Notebook, she didnt have the same Problem, and we never do something different from each other. Checked my Email and Account Panel, nothing there telling me being banned / giving a reason. I am pretty sure there might be ppl having the same Problem going today? Sixmist 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2017 (edited) My account was unbanned after about 24 hours. I think the ban was set by the automatic system but I do not know why. Now i wait in q ~ 6k.
