Rogue level 20 poison quest bugged?

Hello there.

 

First time rogue here. 

I have been waiting for  Silixiz spawn nearly 2 hours but no hope yet. 

A lot of rogue player waiting at spawn point and some of them here for more than 6 hour. 

Its bugged or something? If it is, how am i supposed to get poison skills?

What do you mean "you don't need him"? He's the only one with the Tower Key?

you picklock the box behind them, then downstairs outside the tower there is an Undead you kill for 1 of the items, not sure which is which

You still need the "Silixiz's Tower Key" which is only obtainable through pickpocketing Silixiz.

Yep.

Questlog clearly says i have to obtain tower key.

So there is no way to do that quest without Silixiz.

I did the quest earlier today, I had to get picklock 70 then picklocked the box behind him, then killed the big Undead guy downstairs and looted the item. maybe there's different ways of doing it idk

Yesterday, this quest was not buggued: Silixiz was here.

Can confirm. Still bugged, Silixiz is not spawning.

Rest of the quest can be completed but the foreman sometimes doesn't drop the head.

It works but now it's overrun by tens of rogues trying to complete the quests. I wish the GM's would up his already short spawn. This is literally unplayable :P

Was fun on top of tower in barrens with 20 other rogues trying to get foreman head. Rest of the questline works fine save foreman not always dropping head.

Also no queue culture in China confirmed.
