Account hacked

Hello.

Yesterday night my account was hacked. All gold and items on my character are gone.

I'm 100% positive I didn't compromise my security and my credentials were not used on any other private servers. I've been noticing some similar topics from today, so is database leak possible?

So, two questions:

1) Is it possible to get items or gold back? (possibly no, but still)

2) Can you please follow who gold was sent to and ban their acc at least.

GM's does not restore lost items or gold, so for question 1 the answer is NO.

There are alot of hacked accounts, so i am not sure how deep they investigate every account, or they just pick some random ones. But no matter what they do, you will not get a result (or your gold back), as this could be used for gold sellers / hackers to avoid being caught.

Could characters not get restored with no item or gold return? The hours invested in the characters are the main concerns.

This happened to me except they just took my gold and left my items for some reason. I also have never played on another private server.  From what I've read, they will not restore your items or gold. 

Make sure you change your password and enable two-factor authentication. Just a warning though: while you were hacked, they most likely used your character to spam gold advertisements to people. It's what happened when I was hacked and as a result, my account was banned. I wasn't banned on the same day either--it happened four days later, after I changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication. Guess it just took them a while to get around to it.

Hopefully it doesn't happen to you, but my advice would be to forget about your items and gold and just hope your account doesn't get banned. If it does, expect to wait a minimum of two and half days for a resolution because that's how long I've currently been waiting.
