How can I transfer my old nostalrius character?

Only the characters not already imported to Elysium.

My 60's from Nostalrius are here - safe and sound.

You're misinterpreting it and taking it out of context. They removed un-transferred characters only to free up their names that were being reserved. My entire guild is made up of transfers, and we're still here. If the OP had transferred his characters while the token generator was working, he would have had no problems.

The following system message was sent out on the servers when they announced their response to Nostalrius:

The only characters that will be deleted are unclaimed Nostalrius characters
