I`ve been never been hacked befor, browsing teh interneZ for about 20 years now. It is 100% clear, that someone fucked up their database and stole account information. In my opinoin this is 100% their fault. I am not even pissed that this happend. It is a privat server and the staff do it without payment i guess. What make me upset is the fact, that they did not even try to help the people who got robbed because of their fault. Since then, I have been playing on various private WoW servers, 4 or 5. No private server I played on ever used 2FA, and yet I was never, ever hacked. All I did was use a strong unique username and password, different each time for each server. I log out one day, try to log in the next and im banned. This system is TERRIBLE, ive never felt so ANGRY about a warcraft account before. This is giving Elysium a bad name and i will be playing elsewhere if this is not solved, through fear that this will happen again. Some of us dont have the luxury of playing 12 hours a day 7 days a week, and have lost a great deal of time and dedication. Logged out at night, logged back in this morning boom everything gone and i'm naked in UC. And i never bought any gold from anyone.
