You see those 19s, 29s, and the occasional 39 running around in full chanted gear, are the brackets actually alive?  Can you get queue pops?

Twinking has existed since vanilla, and nestled into all brackets from 10s -> 99s over a decade.  People have mixed thoughts about it, and what it is.  The community has gone through many stages of being alive to being completely dead.  From 19s BG Tourneys with cash winning to 70s threads going up in flames in community wars.  There has always been points of interest.  The community seems to draw a satyrical group of people that are more interested in competative fun in the fines moments to out-right grieifing and bullying.  It is all part of the Twinking community.  Feelings get hurt, and memories are made.  At the end of the day those who participated have gained enjoyment.

During Vanilla the 19s, 29s, and 39s bracket where very active.  It was probably the most balanced enviroment minus goofy setups that where gimmicky yet fun, looking at the POD shamans.  I had one!  Why not try it?  The core issue is the lack of participation, the quality of play is there for people who enjoy PVP.

Would love to see twinking community spring up here. Best bet would be to form a guild dedicated to it, and simply recruit those on your faction who like it.

Alliance desperately needs some strong 19s. Don't even need to be BiS twinks. Just anyone who can put forth any amount of effort.

"They have twinks and we have a level 12. Anyone who engages them/leaves our GY is just feeding them free kills"  Or "Please let them win asap and get this overwith" are said by an alliance almost every match.
