Deleted Character by Accident

In the process of transferring items from one bank alt to another, I deleted my first bank alt (Powerbank) without transferring the gold. I lost a substantial amount of gold and I was willing could the character be restored or the gold credited to my main character (Fuair)? This is the result of 2-3 weeks work on this account and my mount fund. I would sincerely appreciate any help in this matter.

How do you accidently delete a character? I thought that's why they put the little window you had to type DELETE into and then hit accept. Did you not get that window?

I had intended to delete the character Glenzig. However, I wished to retrieve my gold from it first, that was the accident. I understand at this point that the Elysium staff won't restore a character, but would it be possible to just retrieve the gold?

I understand the gravity of the situation Jorn, but if you were in my position, would you not at least try?

That's way different than accidentally deleting a character. That's just a really careless mistake on your part. They won't restore the gold. Why would they?
