ironskillet2 2 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 (edited) When I go to control panel. I can't see my characters. I use the same credentials as my wow log-in. Even changed the password in-game to make sure I was loggin into the correct account. But i still do not see my characters. I want to add the authenticator to my account but want to make sure this is normal that i'm not seeing my characters. ironskillet2 2 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 Well i said i changed my password in-game after seeing the lack of character list. So i clearly checked my account. and the password that i changed it to worked for the control panel so they are both obviously the same account. my question is why do i not see a character list, and does this have any relation to the authentication process. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Erjh8765 19 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 You got hacked and the hacker deleted your characters after they finished stripping them out. Grats. You should change password and enable 2FA. He said he has logged in and checked, and even changed his password in game. What he is saying is that on the control panel on the website, not in game,-the control panel on the main Web page- when he logs into the Control Panel his characters do not display there.
