Account Suspended

Good Morning,

Last night I went to my account and received the notice that it had been suspended. I can access the control panel through the site, I activated the authentication mode using the android application, but the problem still persists.

Happened to me last night - boom log out. Account suspended.

<shrug>

And apparently, it happened to others by the sounds of what I am hearing on the forums.

So far, No change.

No idea how long it lasts. 

I reported it and I still I have not heard anything.

Having the same problem as while. Same thing happen last time they were hacked.

Submitted a ticket yesterday, still no answer.

Update: Account is now closed and yet no answer. GG!!

i got banned too for no reasons at all. the only thing i can think of that might get me banned is the addons i downloaded from the internet which might contained something illegal but i got no f*** ideas at all.....logged out 2 days ago and when i tried to log in last night, the account is already banned!!!!!!!

Same here. No idea what the reason is and how long it will be suspended.

Just reading more people posting about being banned and suspended looking for answers and second guessing themselves.

Reading through: No feedback on why or responses from the appeal process.

Seems like they might be just casual players? being strung along?

With absence of information, silence,  etc  this might raise some flags.

Posting conspiracy theories resolves nothing!

The appeal process is entirely private, out of respect for individual players. You will get your answer in the ban appeal forum, not here. If you were wrongfully banned, then you have nothing to worry about!

If anyone got an Answer please say so!!  Prove me wrong.  Thanks!    (It's quite a reasonable request not a conspiracy theory Funny.)

The only thing I read in the forums is that people are not receiving any feedback or answers in private or otherwise.

Just got banned, reason : Cheating/Hacking. 

I would like to understand what's the terms of that, I'm just an experienced old Wow-er which now playing casually and had never use any suspicious addons or hack for this. Yet getting ban out of nothing, was even thinking to donate to server, now? Don't try to expect a dim from me.

When I asked "Whets up" with some interrogative "seems like" scenarios.

....they said "conspiracy theories" (!)

However, account has been closed in the past few hours instead of suspended. Don't know if that's automatic, but seriously surprised by this.

I used some standard add-ons from pfUI package - but that can't be it....

I can guarentee that I'm not using cheating/hacking or whatever ... just sucks to see your effort go away like this.

I feel for your lost effort. My effort was less, my loss was less.

For your knowledge --> I heard nothing (private or not) its been days its a fact.

Asked questions and got quelled.

In Regards to this... Me and my buddies are having a risk / effort meeting this afternoon moving forward with rational options / action WE can take.

I was simply explaining to you, staff prioritize players that are patient and do not bump their threads or create threads like this!

I have no part in staff's procedures, I am just telling you what you are doing right now is counter-intuitive. Take it as you will.

Feedback is not happening.

To the Folks, factor that in to your decision making and leave out the fluff.

PS In hind sight posting an appeal was a waste of time I wouldn't bother seriously move on.

Done that, GM replied that account is closed cause of hacking, and that's final.

Heck I didn't even know how am I hacking, leveling too fast?
