Ticket response time is too slow to properly respond to the ever growing pool of gold spamming characters. I suggest a new system in which volunteers are given specific commands to immediately report gold spammers. Alternatively, these volunteers could have access to a specific chat channel (out of game) that is shared with a pool of GMs who bans gold spamming characters when provided sufficient evidence (screenshots) by these volunteers. My solution, or a similar solution should be implemented because the gold spamming problem has gotten completely ridiculous AGAIN as of this week. I'm sure the devs work very hard as it is, and I appreciate this is a free service. However allowing these gold sellers to run wild is more than an inconvenience. It compromises player security and gives people the impression the servers are unpoliced and they can do whatever they like. It's probably creating far more work for the dev team dealing with all the hacked accounts than it would be to go after these people and make the servers a place to difficult for them to operate from. Pottu 290 Report post Posted February 8, 2017 Take a screenshot, upload it somewhere, click red question marks, select Stuck, select Still Stuck - Page a GM, write the spammer's name and copy&paste the link to the image. If you use imgur, please use the direct link - the one ending with .jpg - to make things faster. The gold sellers do not run free.
