Gwermort 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2017 So i logged of yesterday and logged on just now just to realize that i got hacked.. all my gold and gear ist gone.. They even deleted my lvl 21 Pala Twink.. I basicly have nothing left.. Is there any chance to get my gear back ? i dont even care about the 200 gold i just want my items back.. You do NOT need a smartphone to have 2FA setup. See my profile's about me section for instructions. Now it's to late anyway :( Btw what is the reasoning behind not restoring at least my gear ? I mean i asked kindly to just restore my gear nothing else (still a insane amount of dmg left) and i got no responds to that from a gm.. I get it that it was somehow my fault for beeing hacked but after donateing (not much but a bit) i was at least hopeing to get some sort of help in this Situation.. Gwermort 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2017 i even offered to pay (in gold) to restore my gear.. a friend would provide even 2x the value of the gear so that there is no inflation but the gm didn't even respond to that.. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts. Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.
