Dear admins,

I logged into my mage last night and found out that my account has been hacked. All my gear was sold, items , elixir's , herbs and gold are gone from mage and from my bank character. Could you please advice on how to proceed? Is it possible to get everything back? 

Characters name : Simoults , Ximikos

So, you have managed to get yourself hacked. Grats.

Change password and enable 2FA. Instructions on how to enable 2FA can be found in my profile's about me section.

None of your gold and none of your items (with the exception of items like Lok Delar or Benediction)  will be restored.

Check out this Link, and our Two-Factor-Authenticator option to secure your account.

According to our ToU:

The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts.

Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.

Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored.

It is OK tha "Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances." But what if i can`t change my password and set up 2FA because I can`t get  the e-mail to setup? Where can i change mail address for my account? i try to change my pass  7 day in a row and never ever  get the mail!!!

This is on their signup:  "Additionally, your chosen email cannot be changed and requires verification after creation."

Hahahahahahahahha.

After 1 week cry about I don`t get e-mail finaly the pass change mail found me!!!! Yuppy . I click to reset pass icon and OMG i found my self on the main control panel site (https://elysium-project.org/control/user) where can i start all over :DDD

And YES I made it! the problem was with Google Chrome. With IE it worked perfect.

 

I mean it is half done. I changed my password , but still can`t set up the 2FA until i get that mail.
