What justifies rolling need on a BoE is the fact that anyone benefits equally if they win it, either directly by equipping it or by selling/exchanging it for a suitable upgrade for your class. This of course doesn't apply to BoPs since vendoring or disenchanting it doesn't bring nearly as much value as equipping it. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
