Elysium PvP needs a player limit, at 11K people online it's unplayable

During weekends you'll see counts of 11K people and when that happens the gameplay goes to shit. A 1 second delay makes PvP/raiding downright hell.

Put a limit at 8k people and let those that didn't get on in time stay in a queue. There's no reason that 8000 people should suffer massive delays when you could simply put a limit on.

No. I got to lvl 60 and got myself pre bis gear. Not happening.

They need to make the responsible call: if their hardware cannot withstand 10K players without dramatically impacting gameplay quality, then lower the cap.

I had to make a post here only to tell you; you are a big jerk, think twice before you post and try look at situations from bigger angles. You're welcome for that short lesson in critical thinking!

 

On topic. Yes, they should make something about it instead of making excuses "oh this happened, oh that happened"! A cap @8-10k players would be a great start until they get stronger hardware. At this point it's obvious the server isn't as good as they wanted it to be. All the Nost Co-op prelaunch hype made this server seem godlike, sadly it isn't. I haven't had a day free of lag and random dc's making it frustrating to play. Also several sticky threads about how they ask for money to run their servers isn't a good sign if they now need to upgrade their servers. Anyways, I'll stay patient and hope for the best, I can't deny that I've had a really good journey to level 60 on Elysium PvP!

There was a delay on Sunday afternoon. There always is when you have 11K people on. Normally it's sub 8K and fine.

Fuck are you on about? We already had queues at launch. Their limit is just higher. Lower it.
