(Blackhand's Breadth) and (Onyxia Tooth Pendant) and (Carrot on a Stick) they are the things I will never be able to get. Bocephus 1 Report post Posted February 21, 2017 Hey! I would highly recommend removing this information ASAP as it contains your account name and email. If your account was banned post to https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/351-ban-appeals/ where you can submit a ban appeal. If it was stolen I would recommend logging into your Control Panel, adding an authenticator, attempt to reset your password, etc. to attempt to regain control. Erjh8765 19 Report post Posted February 21, 2017 You just got yourself hacked. Grats. Change password and enable 2FA to avoid getting hacked again. Instructions are in my profile's about me section. None of your gear (except items such as Rok Delar or Benediction) and none of your gold will be restored. I am not sure if they restore items such as the Carrot-On-A-Stick, Blackhand's Breadth) and (Onyxia Tooth Pendant). In the TOS, staff outlines how the security of your account is yours to alone to ensure, and also that they will not restore anything. Restoration of any item is always at the discretion of Elysium staff. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure." What isn't made clear is how to request these! I have seen many games say to use an in-game ticket, but this just tells you to use the bug-tracker and the ticket is seemingly not created. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts. Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.
