Please review this case.

Good day GM team,

We all make mistakes and we should all get a second chance.

I have made attempts to have a dialogue in this case but all my appeals were closed without possibility to hear out my side of the story.

So I appeal to you to please have a look at my case. 

I have never had any warning playing since Nostalrius on any account and if you decide what i was doing is against the rules, I did not know that. If i got contacted by GM ingame I would say the same thing as here that i wasnt aware im doing something bad I will stop it and im sorry. But i came to closed account with no further possibility to review

I have been patient, when i appealed there were hundreds of appeals made in those days and every ban could not possibly be investigated.
Now that maybe dust has settled a bit can you have a look at what happened here please?

I am not some scammer or gold buyer, hacker or botter.

Why should decisions be final when i didnt get a chance for trial or review? If it was your account with hundreds of days you wouldnt be so eager to start a new one.

If I had hundreds of days /played in WoW, I'd go see a shrink and not worry about what happens to my WoW account.

FYI we cant see the appeals since we're not GM's.

Nobody said its confirmed. Reason of the ban is not up to appeal so GM closed it without further possibility to reply. All i asked is to have GMs that take time to look at the logs/chats and then throw bans around and not just becuase you get reported by other players out of spite.

I agree here, far to many people are reported for botting when in fact they aren't botting. Far to many botters get away with botting.

 

I had a user report my level 45 druid because I was farming "HIS" bears. I got TPd to GM island and instant ban. They didn't even look into if I was botting they just took the word of some random persons ticket.

To clarify:

When we receive a report of botting, a GM will investigate. A GM can quickly confirm whether a player or bot is in control of a character. 

Once that confirmation is made, a ban is issued against the player. 

If the player then lodges a ban appeal, a separate, senior GM will review the case to make sure that the necessary investigation was performed and the conclusions are justified. They will then either repeal the ban or confirm it.
