Your "friend" will need to reset his password using the "Forgot Your Password" function, log in, and then add a Two-Factor Authenticator to the account in order to remove the possibility of this happening again. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

If he doesn't know his password he should use the "Forgot Your Password" button on the login to his control panel (https://elysium-project.org/control). That will send a password reset email to the email associated with the account. If his email has also been compromised that's a whole different story, however it doesn't sound like that.
