GM inaction regarding compromised accounts

So typically accounts that spam gold sites are level 10s or level 1s who use the mail system. But recently there has been an increasing number of compromised accounts which are being used by gold sellers as well.

There problem is that Elysium staff seems to be flat out ignoring these accounts, allowing them to spew their message in the game. It is clearly one or two Chinese guys on ZK, as you ignore 2-3 accounts and you are good for a week.

Example, about 10 days ago a level 30 NE hunter named Necrofeeling starts sending out gold spam. He has been logged in non-stop since then, twitching around by the mailbox, my ticket has received ZERO response. Every few days I take him of ignore for a few minutes and he is still spamming.

And speaking of compromised accounts, just as I am writing this I get a whisper ingame from Knifetomeetu a level 48 rogue who is now a gold zombie.

Is there any way I can get some kind of job as a monitor in game? You don't need to give me the excessive powers that has corrupted your top level staff, just let me slap a 24h mute on some people - I can assure you, after one day the spam would be drastically reduced.

I can see quite clearly the pipeline of ad bots in the 3 alliance starting zones, how they level, where they park themselves in city zones... Since none of you are doing anything about it, why not give some people in the community the opportunity to...

Screenshot it and open tickets. GMs got enough work as it is and they DO require help to catch all spammers. The biggest problem is most people wont take the time to screenshot and report (that includes myself, im a lazy bum).
