Why doesn't Horde get at least 200 honor for getting destroyed by Premade VS PUG ?  Zero honor while they get 2300 and 3 marks seems a bit exploitative

It's pretty much the same phenomenon as it was in retail with EMFH. In retail everybody and their mom went alliance because of human to have a huge PvP advantage. So mediocre people tagged along and went alliance too because they couldnt find good PvP mates anymore.

Here most tryhards from Nostalrius who rerolled (Grizzly and others) went Alliance. They have HUGE advantage when premading due to paladins. That leaves horde with less skilled hordes who get steamrolled.

Are these the same people who brag about how great they are? Reminds me of all the pathetic retail sheep who play flavor of the month classes for advantages only because somehow they find enjoyment in the game being easier than a challenge.

Then there are people in top ranking prems on the alliance side who still lose regardless and are forced to bring in even more paladins and flasks to win games.

Seriously though, the overall pug vs pug situation seems to favor horde (in my experience) but the prem v prem scene is meh. Horde have no organisation (we have one shitmade sort of) and seem happy to just get rolled every game without putting up a fight. It's hard to beat china in brackets who just solo queues to lose as fast as possible as apposed to people putting up a fight.

The incentive isn't strong enough for horde to do more prems i guess.

Well, pug vs pug horde has advantages due to racials and lolrets BoFing themselves seeing their warriors getting torn apart by mages while they themselves crit 700dmg whitehits.
