Server transfers?

So it's not new to anyone that Anathema is down a lot.
 

I made a new char on Anathema because a friend had played on it, but clearly it's not the best destination for new players.
Is there any chance one can transfer to another server? I think less players on Anathema would also alleviate the problems a bit.
And it's very hard to find people for dungeons while leveling

Elysium was down in the past Days a couple times too, just btw.

a couple times?  Uptime on Elysium says 4 days 18 hours. Anathema is currently down and goes down every 3 to 4 hours. Literally goes offline. Unplayable for at LEAST 30-45 minutes every single time.

Figured Anathema just got 1.9? Probably the biggest Patch there is content-wise and they need to somehow inject their hotfixes?

Clearly you make a "new character" because your friend played in anathema right? so basically your char still low lvl, why you dont make a new character this time on the other realm as well.

If you ask about character transfer, clearly you're old player and your character is high lvl.
