Enchant 2h weapons +25 agility

I saw some ppl with that enchant so i decided to search a enchanter with that. Today one person tells me that that enchant its a chinese exploit, thats true? I can get that enchant?

Yes but we are in 1.9.

Might be wrong, but I think people on the old Elysium server had it and it stayed on the weapons when they merged the servers.

After doing my own investigation on the subject this weekend, this is entirely correct. The people from Elysium could get it before the Merge with Nostalrius, that means the few players from old elysium that managed to farm the rep before merge may have the enchant.
