Item disappeared during dungeon run

I was in Scholomance yesterday with my mates. Cadaverous Armor dropped, which I was trying to get for a while. My mates passed on it so I could have it, but in the chat windows it appeared as only 2 of them took action. In the end noone got the item. I had space in my bags so that should not be the cause.

There's some kind of bug that prevents people from looting items in a party if the opportunity to roll does not come up for every person.  This happens commonly with corrupters stones because not everyone wears the trinket and if you're not wearing the trinket you can't get them.  Your case is a little different because obviously every one should have been able to roll.  My guess is someone was too far away from the boss when it died and it bugged out.

We were all on discord when it happened. Everyone had the window with the need/greed/pass options, but I was only able to see 2 members of the party that passed on it, same goes for those 2 members. Other 2 that I did not see in the chat were able to see each others options on the loot. So it seems as it got separated or something. After we killed the next boss, everything was fine.

Honestly, I know this is unfortuante... But they wont be able to help with the restoration of the item if that is what you are seeking.  Its a known with the stones, but loot might have been a fluke accident. 

 

Only thing they can say now is re-run it and hope for the best.  But, do feel free to post it in the bug forums.

You are probably right, but worth a try. I created in game ticket as well.
