get groups for Dungeons faster

Is it possible to make something like the dungeon browser or the "LF dungeon" in BC where you was on a wait list for the choosen dungeon. So you can wait for a group whos writing you or find members faster. I don't talk about the port to the dungeon, only to make a full group faster. And with a such "tool" you have not to look or spam in the world channel the whole time.

1. Not possible, wont happen, not blizzlike.

2. There's actually two addons for this already. CallToArms and whatevertheothernamewas.

From what I've understood they basically scan world and trade chats for LFG/M-messeges relating to your role and the dungeon you wish to run. I've never used it myself though since I'm prot most of the time and got instant access everywhere at all times:D
