2 factor authentication enabled on my account without my knowledge

Hey my account (Nacs ingame name: Sixteh) has recently been hacked and I managed to get it back, however yeasterday someone reclaimed it once again but I got it back today only to see that the 2 faction authentication has been enabled and idk what to do now, im scared that someone will delete my character or something.

 

edit: i just tried adding myself with a second account and it did not work, he deleted my char and it had a lot of stuff on it please help me out here

It's a shame to see though that after recovering your account, you still didn't immidiately setup 2FA.

Let me know if they revert your character though, as far as I have seen they never restored characters who got deleted by hackers.

Could i please get an update? I really don't want to lose my character i've invested so much time into it since day 1.

as i said i do not have acces to my account since the hacker enabled the factor authentication on it. ( i have the email and ingame credentials as said in my post )

When you enable 2FA, the code is sent to the email associated with your account.
