Can't Connect to Anathema

I can log in and it takes me to the Choosing a Realm and language

When I am assigned Anathema, which is where all my characters are, it says Logging into Game Server, before taking me to the realms list.  I can connect to other servers just fine, and even created and played a character on the Elysium server, but I just cannot connect to Anathema.

I have cleared both my WDB and WTF and it still does the same thing.

yup ty i deleted my wtf files and stared game is fine ty much

I've tried deleting both files, and started it up as administrator

it looks like the server is denying me access,  I'm not sure what this means (as my friend is walking my through  baby steps lol) but bright side I figured out what was wrong?

Update:

My brother logged into my account just fine on his computer, so if that helps figure out how I can fix this? I'd be very grateful!

Heya Paytime, I'm Naria Nexis' brother. I've been trying to help her resolve this issue. Here's some more information:

-First noticed the issue Thrusday evening. She had been playing for awhile, logged out, then couldn't log back in.
-When she looks at the server list, Anathema appears to be accessible. However, whenever she clicks on it, it just shows the "logging in to game server" dialogue box, until it times out, and sends her back to the server select window.
-She can access other servers, so it's not a ban.
-I can access my characters on Anathema at the same time that she can't, so the server isn't down.
-When she logs into her account from my computer (we live in different locations), she can access Anathema normally.
-She has deleted both her WTF and WDB folders.
-She has attempted opening the WoW client as an administrator, but it doesn't help.

I'm not sure how to test if she has access to a certain port. I can't even Ping the IP you posted from my location. (But I can connect to Anathema).

Any help would be appreciated.

I have to echo everything Scaevola and Naria have been going through.  I found this thread dealing with the same issue.  I can connect to any other server just fine, but when I try to connect to Anathema I get stuck at "Logging in to game server" dialogue box which then times out.  I have also deleted WTF and WDB folders without success.  This is frustrating as my only characters are located on Anathema server which were created on Elysium prior to the Nost merge.

Update:

Tried to play it at a different computer at my house, and if I did it right, I was still faced with the same problems

Tried to flush dns, still faced with same problems

Can you connect to the Anathema Proxy server?

Both say Connected but just stay on that

(before they had been disconnecting me from server)

Same for me.  The Anathema NA Proxy just shows the "Connected" dialogue window but just stays on that window.  Switching realms to Anathema from any other server still shows "Logging in to game server" but then just times out and does not actually connect.

By default it was not running in compatibility mode.  However I tried setting it to compatibility mode with the same result.  Whether in compatibility mode or not, I can connect to all other servers but not Anathema.

Not from client side.  Still can't connect to Anathema or Anathema proxy, but can connect to other servers.

Try creating a new folder on your desktop, and moving everything in your WoW folder except your WTF and WDB folders into it. Ensure that your realmlist.wtf only has "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org" in it.

Exact same result.  I can easily connect to servers other than Anathema but still unable to connect specifically to Anathema.
