claypool 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2017 Hi, yesterday I thought I was banned, but after asking in the ban's appeal topic I have been told that I'm not. The issue is the Google authenticator, I have enabled the 2fa and when I try to login the code is not valid, so I disinstalled it, syncronyzed it, and still it doesn't work. Now, I can't even disable 2fa since the 6 digits code is required to login in control panel... is there a way to reset all?
Hamblin 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2017 Hello! If you still have the original e-mail with the QR code, you will be able to re-authenticate your account. If 2FA is enabled, you will need it to log into your Control Panel for security purposes. From there, you can disable 2FA completely, if desired. One common issue with 2FA is that time is not synchronized. I would suggest if you get this fixed, to try and go into its Settings and assure that the time is correctly synced.
smokeit 26 Report post Posted April 3, 2017 Try use a friends or familymember's phone and put the authenticator on there.

Beeeagle 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2017 Have either of you got this resolved? I'm having the same issue, used the DUO mobile authenticator and the Microsoft authenticator and neither is working.
Staden 7 Report post Posted April 16, 2017 A lot of the seeming PIN issues are caused by players entering incorrect passwords. You'll still be prompted to enter a PIN even if the password is incorrect, so if you haven't already done so, please try a password reset first.
