Ingame mail does not work

Ingame mail does not work. The server - Elizium. I press the send button, it darkens and occurs nothing. Only at me so or it is a well-known problem? What to do?

Never experienced problems with the mail. To me it sounds like an addon problem.

Are you trying to mail stuff from an bank alt that also happens to be completely broke? i.e no money?

I spent an hour troubleshooting this issue myself when I couldnt mail consumables from my bank to my main. Turns out my bank didnt have a single copper coin and thus couldnt afford to send mail.

Man, did I feel silly.

Storfan, it is amusing, but money for sending mail is available.

The most surprising in that mail goes with variable success. Sometimes goes, sometimes does not go. That does not go, should be offered for auction, instead of more rational use on other my characters. I do not understand in what there can be a reason at all.

Did you have characters on both elysium and Nostalrius before the merge and had 1 flagged for name change? I had a similar issue after the merge because I had my lvl 60 warrior from Nostalrius by the name storfan and a lvl11 human warrior on elysium that I created when elysium was first released. These two characters suddenly found themselves on the same server, with the same name but part of different factions after the merge which caused my lvl60 warrior to be unable to send ingame mails. In the end, I managed to log onto my account with the lvl11 char, deleted the char, waited a day and suddenly I could send mails again.

 

Probably not the same thing since you havnt run into the issue until now though.

Storfan, no, I had no characters on Nostalrius. And, as I already told, mail works with variable success. The same subject with the identical sender and the recipient can not go today, and tomorrow go. Devilry.

I hade this happen once or twice, a re-log solved the problem.

Rumpelstiltskin, this problem pursues me throughout all that time that I am present on the server. These are about two months of low-active game which is interfered by this problem.
