is it bugged?

while i use dash in stealth it doesn't break stealth, i can see the visual effects yet my ms remains the same. it is the same both outdoors/indoors (got the talents for ms). currently using dash rank 1 if i remember correctly. and yes it does buff my ms out of stealth, also if i dash in stealth and then remove stealth.

It should not be bugged.

Prowl reduces your movement speed by 40/35/30%(depeding on your rank) and Dash increases your movement speed by 40%/60% (depending on your rank). For example, if you are level 26, your speed is decreased by 40% during Prowl and then increased by 40% during Dash, resulting in almost normal movement speed during Prowl.

WIth level 60, you will be able to Prowl with 30% movement penalty and increase speed by 60% during Dash, which makes a bigger difference that is quite noticable.

i'm currently running -40% from stealth +50% dash so i should still be faster than normal running out of stealth for example. but no there is no speed buff at all in stealth. good to know that this should not be case with higher ranks. also the dash seems quite weak out of stealth like its not stacking with the ms talent from feral but i have no idea if this should be the case or not.

Dash stacks multiplicatively with prowl (that means: 1.0 * 0.6 * 1.5 = 0.9). Note that Dash overrides Feline Swiftness, they don't stack at all.
