Idotu 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2017 Dear Elysium staff, i got an issue with my account. I tried to logg in since i thought i´d remember the account name and the passwort. Since it didnt work, i tried to reset my passwort. But since the nickname i thought i remembered right seems to be wrong i cant reset the passwort. I know the Email this account should be connected to 100% but since im missing the connected Accountname i cant do anything. Hudson 16 Report post Posted April 13, 2017 Do you still have the Warcraft installation on your computer you were using before? You can find your account name in the WTF folder. The strange thing is that the folder Elysium and the character with the name isnt in one of those folders. It was my bank alt and i still have it in my mains Friendlist which means the character hasnt been deleted. But for some reason there is neither the elysium folder nor the character name in one of the folders im using on this private server. And to the point with the activation email: I havent gotten any mail for none of my accounts from elysium (got my mail with googlemail) so cant do that aswell... Is there any chance to some kind of restore my account by the mail?! or any other data?! i have no fuckin idea what happened to this account... 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
