Unable to complete Desperate Prayer quest.

I have a human priest on Anathema, and I am unable to complete the quest for Desperate Prayer. The question mark is above the quest turn in. However, there is no option for the quest when you right click on her.

Have you tried deleting your WDB folder with the game client closed?
