PrysmT 0 Report post Posted April 19, 2017 Haven't played WoW in years, thinking about playing this casually with a friend. He played a lot more than I did, usually rolling Dwarf Pally. Wondering if I should roll Warrior and play as tank or roll a Shadow Priest for fun. Last few times I played WoW I've rolled Warrior and Hunter so I want to try something new but open to rolling Tank warrior for easier parties and group synergy, unsure really what to choose. I have a pretty noob understanding of both classes, especially priest.
Jeddite 9 Report post Posted April 19, 2017 Just do both. Make one Alliance and one Horde. Seriously WTF with these threads -- do you actually need total strangers to validate your choices, or your own subjective sense of fun? Here -- make a NIght Elf Hunter and call yourself xxLegollassxx. I made your decision for you -- mail me 10G.

Masteridley 3 Report post Posted April 19, 2017 Consider rolling druid, then you can tank or heal at 60. I rolled warrior due to the supposed shortage of tanks and it is real nice being able to form your own groups. so far. At the same time it's much much easier getting into a pug mc or ony or zg eventually as a healer so as a druid you would have the best of both worlds.
Xuno 0 Report post Posted April 19, 2017 Shadow Priest is not needed for raiding. Their damage is not great and they go oom extremely fast. Guilds usually bring 1 Spriest for the shadow damage talent and that's it.
