Need to change E-mail because I'll format my Phone(Authenticator)

I can log into control panel, and into the game. With my account name, password and authenticator.

 

However, I don't have access to my e-mail address. I don't even know which one I have used, and I'm pretty sure I don't remember its password.

 

It's all ok now but i'll format my phone therefore lose my authenticator. I want to disable authenticator first.

In the control panel, when I do that, it says "an email is sent to you to confirm removal of authenticator."

But I don't have access to my e-mail.

 

As soon as I format my phone i'll lose my elysium account.

Please help me change my e-mail, or remove my authenticator without me confirming it via e-mail.

I can give u acc name and stuff.

I can give you the authenticator code to prove I'm the owner.

In order to remove the 2FA, you need to send yourself a password reset and we would need you to show us a screenshot in which we can the see the timestamp of your computer and the one of the mail. We do also not change the e-mail connected to your account. 
Your e-mail is the key to your account and without you having said key, there is nothing we can do.

I can give u screenshots of all of my in-game characters. Taken today.

I don't know if they have a timestamp on them (they might not be visible)

I can take all these screenshots today and send it here. If you can find another way to prove myself as the owner, I can do it too.

Please go out of your way this time and let me keep my account. There's so much effort in it.

I plan on playing for the years to come.
