Not receiving Authenication E-mail

Hello,

I am using an "@hotmail.com" domain and I have never received any authentication e-mail from Elysium. The only e-mail I have received is when I failed to provide the correct password to my account a month ago. I tried to even change the password on the account panel to send me an e-mail, but that never came. Now I am completely locked out because of your new security, I would love to clear this up. Thanks

Hello, I have some same issue I guess. Registered 2 days ago, waited 1 day for the authentication mail, but never came. Re-sended it now several times, no mail recieved. Checked spam folder ofc.

It's a "@freemail.hu" domain address.

From the account registration page where you registered your account:

Quote

We strongly advise you to not use a Microsoft email such as Hotmail or Outlook as they are blacklisting us resulting in no email or wait a long time.

@Hudson, Thanks for the copy and paste, I found that information as well. Given that you cannot change your e-mail address  and I can't authenticate my account, the next time accounts require authenticated access I will be locked out. I am trying to find an solution before that happens.

My only advice with Hotmail is to keep resending and praying. It's not possible to change the email account for your game account.

Try adding [email protected] to your address book and seeing if an email shows up that way. It is possible it is being filtered out as spam.

Gmail filed mine as spam but I was able to white list it and havent had issues afterwards with emails.
