Nost Transfer Still Inactive... will it always be?

Will the Nostalrius account transfer be available again in the near future? I unfortunately joined this server after it had been available and it seems like many other people are urging the GM's to reopen it as well..

The time when you could transfer your Nost character was short and ended months ago.. you will never be able to transfer them again unless something happens between the old Nost guys and the Elysium staff. Nost removed this feature themselves. Do not expect anything to change.

It will never be available again, as Nostalrius shut down the process from their end, and there is nothing Elysium can do to recover their character data.
