(New player) Some questions i have

First of all i'm sorry if any of these questions already have been answered in other threads.

I'm currently level 32 (Horde) on Elysium but lately i've been reading threads about the situation regarding A/H ratio on Elysium and it seems like the Alliance are dominating PvE and PvP, premades and all that kind of good stuff. Now i don't have a problem with that at all, i'm just wondering if there's any good Horde guild i should know off and try to get involved with them later on in order to progress further since i've only heard about Alliance guilds and pugs arent really working on the Horde side apparently (thats what i've heard)? 
Second of all, i insta-rolled on Elysium since it's a fresh realm but way behind on updates apparently. Now i'm pretty much missing out on AQ and 1.5 about Battlegrounds so i'd rather be on that server now instead.. BUT worried that everbody is not farming BWL for example no more, no attunements etc because they are much further into the game already.
Now towards my last question. Since the population on both Elysium and Anathema are kinda high, i'd rather reroll on Zeth'Kur just for now to level up as quickly as i can because Zeth'Kur isn't as packed as the other realms and then get merged with either Anathema or Elysium later on, but what is the exact date of the initial merge?

No one knows when the merge/transfers will be open. People speculate the end of May because the server is paid till then. As far as raiding I can't help you with that, because I just hit 60 but I have zero interest in raiding. 

I will say I was disappointed at the horde when they went up against alliance premades. Simply giving up and letting alliance 5 cap them in AB. It was nice when my friend (rogue) and myself (shaman) kicked ass at mines 2v2. Fresh 60 versus r10+.... rogue/priest. It was beautiful.... =) 

Once we get our epic mounts we're going to try our hands at some horde premades.

Thats what i've heard aswell, people just going AFK and lose as quick as possible all tho someobody said that Alliance pugs are even worse and Alliance only wins because of their premades. It's a twisted story or something.. idk.
And hey just wondering here, if you have zero interest in raiding.. were are you gonna get your equipment from? It's been a while since i played Vanilla and from my memories you had to farm some raids in order to PvP due the lack of gear otherwise. Could you help me here? Am i wrong or?

When I say raiding no MC/BWL/ZG/AQ for me. If you want to do that then yes, you will have a leg up on the normal pvp'r. For me grinding out pvp ranks for that gear is good enough for me.

I hardly thought it is enforced base on how many were doing it. I started to write down names but ran out of paper after a couple of games. I'm not going to waste my time reporting so many people. 

I'll gain some rank while I farm up for my epic mount and then i will try my hand at putting together a premade.

They get banned quite often.  It's hilarious when they come to the forums and complain that they have no idea why they got banned and eventually they admit to AFK'ing but say they thought it was allowed because it's more efficient.  That's funny on 2 counts.  One, that they plead ignorance by saying they thought it was allowed even though everyone full well knows the point of bgs is to PvP and going afk is the exact opposite of what bgs are designed for and two, they say it's more efficient when it simply is not. 

Keep reporting them and check back here when the ban waves go out.  It's quite entertaining.
