Can't transfer characters from old account to new

Just get the error message that account informations has been entered wrong. I've followed the steps made a new account here and wether or not I try with usenamer+password or username+email I get the same error message, can someone help me out please? Old character was at nostalrius

You cannot transfer characters from Nostalrius - that stopped back in December,

but it still says that you can transfer your chars from nostalrius when you create new account on elysium
