Hello, I have an account that I have been trying to recover for a month approx, I tried logging in and it says that pass is invalid, i try reseting pass and it says invalid credentials ( like the email or acc is wrong ) I tried reseting many times for a couple of days and contacted gm and they say keep trying or they cant help, I made a ban appeal and they its nothing to do with ban appeals try contacting a gm. So now I'm not sure what to do, should I keep trying or is my account long gone.. ?

What is the error you are getting on the password reset page? "The username or the email is wrong."?

Yes, and when i try logging in wow it says you cant log in at this time ..

Actually when I log in with the account and password it says "Could not log in to World of Warcraft at this time. please try again later."

This means that your realmlist.wtf or WTF/config.wtf is not configured correctly and you're trying to log into the retail World of Warcraft servers. Please open both of those in Notepad and post a screenshot here.

I tried logging in my friend account and it works, ill post a screenshot in a sec

Delete your WTF and WDB folders with your game client closed. Confirm that your realmist.wtf file only contains "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org" and is not a .txt file type.

I did delete them and checked the realmlist everything is fine, when i try logging with the account same thing comes up..

I tried it, still nothing changed.. when I try logging any other account there is no problem

Try reinstalling WoW from scratch. When you extract the folder, make sure to use "extract all" instead of dragging them into a folder.

Right click your entire WoW directory and ensure that "read only" is not checked.

Are you trying to log into an account from the old Elysium server?

 

The old elysium server has been shut down and game accounts are created here:

https://elysium-project.org/play

 

After creating a new account you can transfer your old Elysium characters over.
