DM locked out for 12 days just stepped in?

Ok so i join some guys buggy DM id now im locked out for over 12 days and when i do step inside my whole party is invis and the whole instance is cleared and i havent even done DM once lol i just stepped in and now its like this for the next 2 weeks, and yes i tried to reset it says this instance doesnt exist wich is wierd the id is 1222 . please help i have raid tomorrow and i need to be able to get my buffs and pre bis

wont work for some reason just exits and says gms wont answer go to website

Guys i have spoken with 2 Gms now and had a ticket open for almost a day now DM is still bugged out and the buggy ID spreads, a GM reset my ID last night so i went into DM with raid and now they all have buggy ids to and cant do DM and everyone they group with as well its just passing around like a virus please help or respond

Currently the Dev team is aware of this issue.  This is a result of our preparation on the upcoming merge between Zeth'kur and the other 3 realms.  They are actively investigating the issue, I apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
