my account banned don't know why

i'm playing in the game and suddenly  baby pull my internet line,so i'm offline.but when  my internet is ok.and try to sign in ,the account is banned.i even know what happened.

and  i try to sign in my other account in  game  and seaer help for GM. and banned  again. god...i'm so  unknow why  is  happen.please help me  ,.thanks for  u.,

If you have mistyped your password a few times in a short timespan, it might be temporary, in that case you should wait 60 minutes and try again.

However, if you still appear to be banned, you should create a ban appeal.

Well, you are not the only one to submit a ban appeal. You will have to wait until someone gets to your appeal, just like everyone else.

one account  have 2  Level Character Name: banned name not the Highest.so what name  should i  submit ?

submit your appeal and just wait... I personally know how terrible it feels to get an account band. It will be answered within 24 hours

It seems like English is not your first language. Just wait it out, you will know what happen soon enough. 

PS. If the character wasnt high, you can also create another account and start over if you don't want to wait.

three accounts. lv 60   lv50  lv 53. i just played one account with  lv50 .but other accounts banned also. and i played one just in darnassus for ah. i don't know why.

i remember i pulled to GM island with lv 50 account ,i don't know why,even saw anyone talk to me  ,i'm offline.sign in again is banned.not chance  to know why. that lv60 and lv53 even not in game.sadly
