[Horde] <Phoenix> 9/9 AQ40 is recruiting

First of all, a small introduction:

<Phoenix> is a guild that exists since 2012. Ever since the day we created the guild, we have chosen to be a relatively demanding guild in terms of motivation, preparations and performances. This is why we always cleared the content at quite a high speed. Molten Core was cleared on Nostalrius as soon as we had a large enough group of 60's during the first weeks. BWL was cleared during the first week of it's release. On the second day, to be exact. And AQ40 was also cleared during the first week. It was cleared again the next week, despite the slight buff of C'thun.

What we are looking for:

We are both a friendly, socializing guild and one that strives for success. We will always welcome players motivated to improve themselves and increase our chances of success in the future. Even though everything is currently on farm, we can still do better and this is exactly what we hope to achieve in the near future. 

We are therefore looking for competent individuals that will always come prepared to all of our raids: world buffs are pretty much mandatory. Consumables are required in each and every raid and we don't tolerate any kind of stupid behavior in or outside of our raids. 

Our raid days: 

When content is on farm: Sunday (main raid: AQ40) - Monday (secondary raid: BWL/MC) - Wednesday (Easy chill out raids: AQ20/ZG) - We sometimes run ZG/AQ20 during the rest of the week, with whoever's present, depending on the resets. 

When content is on progress: Sunday+Monday (main raid: AQ40) - Wednesday (Secondary raid: BWL/MC) - Rest of the week is used to clear AQ20/ZG if people are motivated enough. 

We raid from 20:30 ST until 00:00 ST. 

Our loot system:

We use a very personal DKP-system. No kind of loot council is ever used in <Phoenix>. And due to the special nature of our DKP-system, a newcomer can fairly quickly catch up to the people on top. On the condition that he actually attends our raids. Of course. 

What we are currently looking for: 

Warriors: open for dps warriors.

Hunters: open

Shamans: open for resto shamans.

Druids: open for resto druids.

Rogues: open.

Priests: open for healing priests.

Mages: open.

Warlocks: open

We will always consider exceptional applications as we believe that we can always improve ourselves. If you feel like you might be an exceptional addition to our roster, feel free to apply even though your class is closed.

Let's bump this up.

Although our forum has red, yellow and green colors regarding how interested we are in each class, ALL applications will be considered, in a way or another. We are still raiding everything as a guild (including ZG, MC, AQ20) and are currently very interested in finding new Hpriests, warlocks and basically any other class (although the needs in those are lesser.)

We are still a guild that wants to clear things as fast as possible while having fun doing just that.

And since Naxx is getting closer each day, we would like to complete and/or improve our roster.
