Le0n 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2017 Hello. I am suggesting people get 24-48 hour ban before permaban no matter the reason is. Your rules are too harsh for the community and this makes it even worse. You are contributing to making this world a much worse place than it is at this moment. Some people here are wasting days or months playing the game and at some point you punish them. Its like in real life I steal a waffle and then I go to jail for that. You think this is fairness? I don't think so. That's why my appeal is to change the rules this way so people don't feel so bad. I am one of there people so I know what it is. If you dont want to do it, because of me do it because of the people who will never go back to this server, because of their perma ban. Maybie they had bad day at work/school and had to swear at someone or maybie they wanted to test something and they were not so well informed. You never know what is like if you don't feel it on yourself. I am still playing the game, but this really made me very angry at your staff. Permanent bans are reserved for the most egregious offenses: Quote COD Scamming; Hacking; Using any means of botting (e.g. a program); Any client modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.); Revealing the identity of an Elysium staff member; Advertising for other private servers or gold selling websites; Selling/Buying player names; Exchanging accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services for another game's features; Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services with real money; Possession of any item(s) or currencies obtained with illegal methods; Publishing software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server; Abuse of major in-game bugs; Staff impersonation.
