Iohoilpotere 0 Report post Posted June 20, 2017 Hello! I've logged on today to check my mails before the ZK transfers since long time and I discovered my account was robbed, probably by goldsellers. I've just 2 questions: - Is possible to rollback the account? They even sold/destroy my ticket for transfer.... - Is possible to trace down ingame-mail or trades of my account to punish them? Hurricane2 2 Report post Posted June 20, 2017 You can have characters and quest items restored but there are no roll backs and the gold, items and other mats are gone for good. I believe the gms can track down who received your stuff in game so it's likely they can be punished at least.
