Ourk 5 Report post Posted June 25, 2017 Hello GM, This afternoon, I log in to my server, Elysium. I find one of my char, renamed with a "1" added at the end of his original name. A text is added in this char frame: " Your name has been found in violation of naming rules - Please enter a new name" My char's name is: Monsieur (i'm a french player) I dont understand why this name is "in violation of naming rules". Please, can you explain why this name is "in violation of naming rules"? I specify that this character was created at the beginning of the Elysium server and i log in him each day. Kermofrog 0 Report post Posted June 25, 2017 @Op the same happened to me! I am pretty upset because I made a character on Elysium mainly because of the name and now I am forced to change it! I opened a ticket in game but I really would like to read something official! The way I understood the whole transfer thing is: you change from a server to e.g. Elysium you will eventually have to change your name. Jeddite 9 Report post Posted June 25, 2017 Same issue with me and "Jeddite" on Anathema. Some ZK hoser comes in and suddenly I gotta change my name. Screenshot from #discord indicates that if the ZK player with the name was a higher level than the Elysium/Anathema/Darrowshire character with that name, the ZK player/character is given priority. So you will need to use a different name." https://postimg.org/image/oum1bg6fv/ I do not understand why, while I created my character first, it's up to me to rename it.
