character stuck between Booty Bay and Ratchet

I disconnected on the trip from Booty Bay to Ratchet, and now when I log in nothing is visible but a solid blue screen. I can't hearth because the game thinks I'm moving. I am off the map. Any help would be great. Character name is Ranciere. Cheers.
