Constant Freezes

Every 10-15 mins its like the game just freezes (like just before the server goes down) and the only way to fix it is to alt f4, each time it happens it becomes more and more frequent. I have tried disabling all the addons, up'ing the amount of memeory for addons, reinstalled wow and changing internet connections but nothing changed it, any help would be appreciated (recently the freezes happen as soon as i log in)

Try changing your Windows display settings or your video card control panel settings to use refresh rate 64 Hz and use the same refresh rate for your monitor. In the WoW client, you can leave the refresh rate at 60 but do turn v-sync on.

thanks very much for the reply, em i put on V-sync and it seemed to fix the problem for a while but then it started happening again, the highest refreshrate my monitor can go is 60, but im not sure if there is a way of bumping it up

I think it's a network problem, wifi / ethernet drivers updated?

Just a quick update, I recently upgraded to windows 10 and it seems to have fixed the problems
