Lunaa 0 Report post Posted July 19, 2017 Thunderfury was pending to be fixed to 20% proc rate which is the blizzard retail value on all sources from 2005-6 and even today it still has 20% in retail and has never been changed or altered. Currently the proc rate is abusively set to 5% and all TF users can confirm this currently. Only the staff that fixes bugs can do such an abusive setting on it. It doesn't faze me, it amuses me that you have a special staff monkey abusing the item thunderfury. If you have a staff monkey doing this on a particular item, what more is he doing with other things secretly in this server?
